Keeping & Breeding the Gulf Killifish
« on: July 01, 2017, 08:10:58 PM »
Mike has posted the July 2017 newsletter that can be found on the TBAS home page at

In this issue you will find an article I wrote about keeping and breeding the Gulf Killifish (Fundulus grandis).  It is fascinating when you are able to collect a fish in the wild and then bring it home, keeping it, and have it breed in your care.  In this case the fish were caught in the saltwater of Tampa Bay so the breeding process was a bit different than the freshwater fish that I primarily work with.  I encourage you to take a look at the newsletter and then share any comments or questions here on the TBAS forum.
